OOC intro/mingle posts in Ethyraia serve a dual function as CR memes for current players. The hope is that this will encourage current players to scan through and greet our new players. Take this opportunity to get to know your fellow players, plan hatching log threads, check-in regarding the keeping of TDM threads (which can be made game canon), find plot hooks, and plan for future CR.
(In the future, we will have a thread at the top of the post for new players to link their comments, to help boost visibility — please keep an eye out for this in the future! Obviously, this round, everyone is new.)

INFO: Massive history nerd and former treasure hunter with an insane body count. Almost always down for a fight or an adventure, Nate likes to live precariously close to the edge, though he's lately reined that in a bit more than he used to. A friendly and amiable guy who likes puns and effectively serves as a walking disaster area. Stereotypical Handsome Man(TM) blithely unaware of his own handsomeness. Enjoys solving puzzles. Ask him about his extensive experience with breaking the law, you won't regret it!
SKILLS: Physical labor, quality time with firearms (if they let him), going on dangerous runs out into the mysterious wilds, drawing things, climbing things. He likes the view, and the adrenaline rush.
AREAS OF INTEREST: Currently, exploration. Nate is fraught with insatiable curiosity and will want to map things in his journal as quickly as possible, as it helps him get his bearings in a new environment.
PLANS/GOALS: Short term, see above. Long term, trying to help out with some kind of settled expansion beyond the boundaries of the leviathan. Surely there's a safer place out there.
CR PREFERENCES: Literally anything. Positive CR, negative CR, people he can trust because he struggles with that. People he can not trust because it's fun. Criminals. Regular folks. The world is our oyster!
MISC HOOKS: He's a genuinely friendly guy, akin to a golden retriever, and I'm more than happy to handwave introductions bumping into him somewhere. His quirks largely include being in places where he shouldn't be, drifting off in the middle of a conversation because he's thinking about something of interest, and stopping abruptly to scribble something in his sketchbook. He can also be found talking to himself.
