OOC intro/mingle posts in Ethyraia serve a dual function as CR memes for current players. The hope is that this will encourage current players to scan through and greet our new players. Take this opportunity to get to know your fellow players, plan hatching log threads, check-in regarding the keeping of TDM threads (which can be made game canon), find plot hooks, and plan for future CR.
(In the future, we will have a thread at the top of the post for new players to link their comments, to help boost visibility — please keep an eye out for this in the future! Obviously, this round, everyone is new.)

INFO: An android from Earth's post-apocalyptic distant future who was built to fight in a war. It's been fun!
SKILLS: One of 9S' specialties is reconnaissance so if you want or need an exploring buddy, he's gotchu. Need a fighting buddy? He's pretty decent at using a sword. Forgot the passcode to your phone? He'll hook ya up.
AREAS OF INTEREST: Right now it's mostly just me getting a feel for the setting and what-not, BUT I love exploration things and finding trouble.
PLANS/GOALS: for 9S to find happiness.................. okay more seriously, right now it's just stuff like getting used to living around humans, learning their ways, finding out all the weird shit they do, all while trying to cope with all the awful stuff he left behind back home (he was not having a good time). Between all that he'll come around to aiding whoever however, because at the end of the day blah blah built to serve humans blah. Besides that, again, currently just getting a feel for the game and seeing where things take me!
CR PREFERENCES: Oh gosh I'm sorry but..... here goes............. i like anything and everything, the good bad and ugly. If we've threaded before, tag me again! If you think your guy will bounce well off a bratty sad robot, come at me bro.

NOTES: One, I totally intend on hitting my tdm threads again, I just got slapped in the face with some really exhausting work weeks that have left me melting into my bed/vidya instead of tags. Sorry for them being so belated! And two, speaking of tdm threads... so uh, Pod is a companion usually with 9S and should've been there, but I forgot to include it in my toplevel (I blame it on it being 6am) soooo feel free to pretend it was there this whole time! Or if you wanna meet it for the first time, I'll come up with some excuse IT'S FINE just let me know if you are someone I threaded with who wants to continue our cr!!

ANYWAY 9S has a ton of interesting quirks that are gonna have Varric there like, TELL ME THE TALE OF YOUR PEOPLE, LITTLE BLINDFOLDED
