i have nothing big to add, just throwing in my two cents for the TDM - I think it would be good to have it before the July app round! I have a lot of friends who are interested, and personally, I think it makes more sense to have TDMs before apps. It helps preserve momentum/excitement for the setting in those who are interested in playing here.
