[Just give him a moment. Believe it or not, he has no fucking clue how to feel. Relieved? Sure. Maybe a little. Definitely not just 'a little'. But that almost feels wrong. Maybe because he drilled into his own goddamn head that by the time this was all over he'd go out with an unpinned grenade in his hand and a shit eating grin.
