For the purposes of AC, posting an open starter (i.e., one that anyone in the game can reply to) on any log posted by raiamods counts as "an open top level in an event log." This includes hatching logs (which will now be referred to as "mini events") and larger event logs later in the month. Network replies to mod NPCs and TDM top levels would not qualify.
